A AMAZING stay!
central location comfortable bed polite staff super clean room
The location was CENTRAL to everything. I walked to most attractions easily. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The staff were kind, always ready to assist with directions. The cleaning lady left my room super clean EVERY day.
The elevators required a short wait sometimes. This was during peak hours.

misaligned door caulked sink
the location was central, providing easy access to many attractions.
My room's bathroom door did not close properly. It seemed misaligned. the sink had a noticeable hole that someone had attempted to repair with caulk. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the hotel provided convenient access to major attractions. i appreciated the friendly staff that greeted me during check-in. the rooms had considerable space.
the lobby looked under refurbishment when i arrived. there was a single door entrance to the hotel off of the square. the hotel lacked restaurant facilities .

times square delight!
breakfast buffet friendly staff
I was thrilled with the included breakfast buffet. It offered a great start to each day. the valet area staff was friendly, and the valet parking was convenient. we returned from broadway and enjoyed our welcome appetizer carryout style. concierge matthew was helpful and thorough. He.
I found that the trash in the bathroom was not emptied. this was a minor issue, but the can contained a used sanitary napkin. it was an oversight that detracted from an otherwise excellent experience. It required immediate attention.

The front desk was efficient. Ms. valentina played a major role in ensuring our comfort. the staff was quick when i requested a mini heater and blankets. every request was handled quickly and efficiently.

The rooms were spacious, fitting two 25-inch suitcases with room to spare. the bathroom was large, including a bathtub. the room was quiet. I was able to relax without any noise distractions.

excellent location valet parking unemptied trash oversized vehicle
The hotel's location was excellent. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The valet parking service was also convenient. It made arrival and departure smooth.
I noticed the bathroom trash had not been emptied. This was quite unpleasant as it contained a used sanitary napkin. I also found that I was charged for an oversized vehicle.
